The Policy Change for Label Refund Request-20190620

Please note that our new label refund request policy will be effective from July.01, 2019:

 

UPS, FedEx-Warehouse RTN labels, Luggage service, IES service (including USPS-Presort, Duty-subsidy) Labels: To qualify for a refund, the label cannot be scanned by the related carrier and the refund request must be made within 30 days from the date of label purchase. LetsLabel will do the review and processing within 2-5 business days. Once your request has been approved, the refund will back to your LetsLabel account balance.

 

USPS Labels: To qualify for a refund, the shipment cannot be scanned by USPS and the refund request must be made within 25 days from the date of label purchase. For USPS labels created over 7 days, it will occur for a 20% additional processing fee and you may expect to receive 80% refund with 10-15 business days. Once your request has been approved, the refund will back to your LetsLabel account balance.

 

Notes about Voiding Labels

1Labels cannot be scanned and used by related carrier (e.g. USPS/UPS/FedEx). You are also required to destroy related printed labels (If applied).

2Multi-piece shipments as one label order. Thus, any one of those labels has been scanned and use seems all labels have been used. You will no longer be qualified for refund request.
