2018 Letslabel Holiday Service Schedule

Dear Customer,

Please notice that the all the carriers holiday service schedule is running now and might impact on your packages during 12/20/2018 to 01/02/2019. We advised that you can plan ahead for your shipments in order to reduce the stress and keep your shipments arrive on time.

Letslabel United States Customer representative team will be not available online on 12/25/2018 and 01/01/2019.

Letslabel Chinese Customer representative team will remain on service on the holiday season, besides 12/31/2018 and 01/01/2019.

For getting support from our customer representative team in those time frame, please send us an email with your information and detail description of your problem to service@letslabel.com. We will reply to your email ASAP. Thanks for your understanding.

For IES, IES (Tax-free) service:

Portland, Elmhurst, Los Angels warehouse will be closed on 12/25/2018 and 01/01/2019. For those packages were delivered between holiday season might slightly delay for 1-2 business days. Thanks for your patience.

Christmas Day Schedule

Christmas Day, December 25, is a Postal holiday. Post Office locations are closed Christmas Day.

Regular mail will not be delivered Tuesday, December 25.

Priority Mail Express mail will be delivered Christmas Day. (Not guaranteed)

All Post Office locations will open and resume regular mail delivery on Wednesday, December 26.

New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day Schedules

New Year’s Day, Tuesday, January 1, is a Postal holiday. Post Office locations are closed New Year’s Day.
