What is LetsLabel?

LetsLabel is an online service which o ers shipping automation solution for both businesses and individuals. LetsLabel is designed to enable Users to create shipping label either manually or automatically with our web client or api.

Registration

By registering to the Service, you a rm that you are 18 years of age or older and that you accept the Terms. If you are under 18 years of age you may not use the Service on behalf of yourself or any other person or entity, and you must not provide LetsLabel with any of your personal details.

Fees and Payments

As a registered User, you may pay for the service through multiple payment methods. As part of the billing process you will be asked to fill in some details information, such as home/business address, phone number, etc.

We believe that you have a right to know our practices regarding the information we collect when you connect to, access or use LetsLabel. Minors

To enjoy the Service you must be over the age of eighteen (18). We reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage so that we can verify that minors under the age of eighteen (18) are not using LetsLabel. In the event that it comes to our knowledge that a person under the age of eighteen (18) is using LetsLabel, we will prohibit and block such User from accessing LetsLabel and will make all e orts to promptly delete any Personal Information (as such term is defined in our Privacy Policy) with regard to such User.

5: impersonate any person or entity or provide false information on LetsLabel, whether directly or indirectly; Falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your a liation with any person or entity, or express or imply that the Company or any third party endorses you, your website, your business, or any statement you make, or present false or inaccurate information about LetsLabel.

6: bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to LetsLabel.

7: copy, modify, alter, adapt, make available, translate, port, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of LetsLabel in any way.

8: create a browser, frame, border environment or GUI around LetsLabel.

Intellectual Property Rights

LetsLabel and the Intellectual Property rights pertaining thereto (other than User Generated Content), including, but not limited to, inventions, patents and patent applications, trademarks, trade names, logos, copyrightable materials, graphics, text, images, designs (including the "look and feel" of LetsLabel), specifications, methods, procedures, algorithms, data, technical data, interactive features, source and object code, files, interface, GUI and trade secrets, whether or not registered (collectively, "Intellectual Property"), are owned and/or licensed to the Company and subject to copyright and other applicable intellectual property rights under applicable laws and international conventions. Unless expressly permitted in the Terms, you may not copy, distribute, display, execute publicly, make available to the public, reduce to human readable form, decompile, disassemble, adapt, sublicense, make any commercial use, sell, rent, lend, process, compile, reverse engineer, combine with other software, translate, modify or create derivative works of any material that is subject to LetsLabel's proprietary rights, including the Service's Intellectual Property, either by yourself or by anyone on your behalf, in any way or by any means.

You are hereby prohibited from removing or deleting any and all copyright notices, restrictions and signs indicating proprietary rights of LetsLabel, including copyright mark [©] or trademark [® or TM] contained in or accompanying the content included in the Service, and you represent and warrant that you will abide by all applicable laws in this respect. You are further prohibited from using, diluting or staining any name, mark or logo that is identical, or confusingly similar to any of LetsLabel's marks and logos, whether registered or not.

Trademarks and Trade names

"LetsLabel", LetsLabel®, Company's marks and logo and all other proprietary identifiers used by the Company in connection with LetsLabel (“Company Trademarks”) are all trademarks and/or trade names of the Company, whether or not registered. All other trademarks, service marks, trade names and logos which may appear on LetsLabel belong to their respective owners (“Third Party Marks”). No right, license, or interest to the Company Trademarks and/or to the Third Party Marks is granted hereunder, and you agree that no such right, license, or interest shall be asserted by you with respect to the Company Trademarks or the Third Party Marks and therefore you will avoid using any of those marks.

LetsLabel may contain links to third party websites (“Third Party Sites”), whether such links have been suggested by the Company or shared by any. You hereby acknowledge that the Company has no control over such Third Party Sites, and you further acknowledge and agree that the Company is not responsible for the availability of Third Party Sites, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any services, content, advertisements, products, or any materials available on such Third Party Sites. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss whatsoever caused, or alleged to be caused, by or in connection with use of or reliance on any services, content, products or other materials available on or through any Third Party Sites. Availability

LetsLabel's availability and functionality depends on various factors, such as communication networks, software, hardware and the Company's services' providers and contractors. The Company does not warrant or guarantee that LetsLabel will operate at all times without disruption or interruption, or that it will be immune from unauthorized access or error-free.

Changes to LetsLabel

The Company may change LetsLabel's layout and design from time to time, and the availability of the content and services included therein, without giving any prior notice on LetsLabel. 1: These Terms do not, and shall not be construed to create any relationship, partnership, joint venture, employer- employee, agency, or franchiser-franchisee relationship between the parties hereto.

2: If any provision of this Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severable from this Terms and will not a ect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

3: These Terms constitutes the entire terms and conditions between you and the Company relating to the subject matter herein and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous written or oral agreements or understandings between you and the Company.
